Founded in 1979 PPIY Limited is now one of York's leading Architectural Practices. We can offer clients a wide range of expertise from ecclessiastical and conservation work through to developer led commercial enterprises. Recent projects include a number of Heritage Lottery funded schemes and healthcare developments.

For every commission, lareg or small, it is our policy to provide a service of the highest professional quality with each project undertaken receiving the individual and personal attention of a Director.

We offer a comprehensive service including building and site surveying, architectural design, project control and cost advice, landscape and interior design. Drawings are prepared using ArchiCad software.

Our aim is to design buildings of quality, working in partnership with our clients to produce environmentally satisfactory and economically viable solutions to their needs.
