Gary is the Managing Consultant at Space Strategy. He works to realize the benefits of excellent Spatial Planning – by catalysing Consultation and enabling projects to move into a phase where Development Strategy advice drives better decision-making.

Drawing on over 17 years of experience - both Architectural & Masterplanning – and possesses the specialist expertise to fluently control the project process and to create ‘positive places and spaces’ founded on an implicit understanding of the delivery of individual buildings.

An Architect with strong technical skills and extensive Masterplanning & Urban Design experience -- particularly Spatial Masterplanning (Development Planning & Frameworks with Regeneration & Urban Design).

With first class Design and Management Skills, Gary has extensive experience of directing, managing and delivering a wide range of inspirational projects on time in many sectors – Urban Regeneration, High Density Mixed Use, Residential, Commercial and Arts.

He is a diversely knowledgeable, quick-thinking consultant who front-loads projects with great ideas and passion – together with an experienced and robust approach to development strategy - deliberately focusing on the delivery and implementation of 'Better Practice'.

Gary likes to establish a positive, effective, energetic workspace where the whole team is encouraged to ‘think for themselves’ and where great ideas become elegantly solutions.

He recently worked together with others to realise the potential of the M42 Corridor Growth Area.
