From our Initial Meeting and Design Brief, we will produce Sketch Scheme Designs and Planning Drawings for you Approval and Submit Planning Application on your behalf. Once Planning has been granted we will take your project through to the Final Design Stage and produce detailed Building Regulation Drawings and submit a Building Regulation application to Building Control.
